The Bristol County Sheriff's Office should be initiating the CMED system on August 25. Testing should begin some time before that.

Due to 800 MHz. rebanding, the Easton PD has changed frequencies. The new frequency is 855.7625 with a digital PL of 026

The Bristol County Sheriff's Office has started this week to reprogram radios due to the 800 MHz. rebanding. They are programming the conventional radios first and within about a month they will be doing the trunking radios. I will post the new frequencies soon.

Norton Police has just received a license to switch to 400 MHz. I spoke with the Director of Communications today and she said that they are just waiting for additional funding and may change in the very near future. At this time it looks like communications will be both APCO 25 digital and analog. &n...

Seekonk PD has changed frequencies. Their new channel is 470.8125 D-315
