Norton Police has just received a license to switch to 400 MHz. I spoke with the Director of Communications today and she said that they are just waiting for additional funding and may change in the very near future. At this time it looks like communications will be both APCO 25 digital and analog.

The new frequency is 471.0000 MHz output and 474.0000 MHz. input.
